You’ve probably been in a situation before where you sent your aircraft part to a repair station, and what they told you wasn’t at all what they delivered.

A few questions that can help you determine if a repair station is honest include:
Do they answer your calls and return your emails?
If they return your emails, how quickly? And what information do they volunteer?
Do they ask you good, relevant questions?
How do they communicate delays? Or do they communicate them at all?
Do they offer important, relevant information up front?
Of course, there’s more to selecting a repair station.
Over the next few weeks, I’ll be posting a combination of articles and videos to help you choose the best possible repair partner. Stay tuned for the next important factor to look for next week!
